One-on-one training is the optimal way to learn how to train and know your body better. Our sessions will take place in a private functional facility in the centre of Geneva (Switzerland). During our first consultation we will sit down, discuss your goals, health status and fitness background. I will then proceed to your physical assessments in order to design a program tailored for you. My goal as a trainer is:
- To make you stronger: you will be amazed to see what you’re capable of, you’re stronger than you think… you just don’t know it yet.
- To make you more mobile: the more mobile a person is the more they are able to maximise their movement potential safely, efficiently and effectively. The term mobility refers to the amount of usable motion that one possesses across a particular articulation.
Your goals, your needs and availability are not like anyone else’s. Safe training is not a one-size-fits-all thing; so we will make sure your training program is appropriate for YOU!
